Daily activity #19 (english version)

Hello guys, today we are back in the kitchen again. Today we only make products for sale and our target is Rp500.000. Today's  menu is panada, rice box, and iced tea. 

I will make panada. First, i made a fill panada (carrot, potato, leek, celery, vermicelli, garlic, shallot). While waiting for the feeling to cool, we made the bread mixture or the skin panada. Then, weigh the mixture as much as 30 gr and fill it with the contents that have been made. Let stand for 15 minutes then fry with hot oil. After that, chill panada, then wrapped and ready to sell.

Then we help the rice box that has not been finished. After everything is finished, then we immediately sold it and thank god the results of today's Sales exceeded the target even though there were still unsold sales.
