Hello, today is my turn for personal cooking. Because every day of practice, there must be someone cooking 2 people every day and the name is in lottery, so today is my turn. Today I will cook Tortilla Potatoes.

History Tortilla Potatoes 
Now Indonesia is indeed flooded with the arrival of foreign culinary. Various countries in the world, present their best culinary to the people of the archipelago, ranging from Korea, Japan, China, and even to the American continent. There are a lot of American specialties that have been popular in Indonesia. Usually the culinary is initially offered at famous restaurants, then after being known to the culinary community, it is sold freely in food stalls.

One of the typical American culinary is Tortilla. Maybe hearing the name "Tortilla" is still quite foreign to our ears, especially we don't often explore culinary restaurants. In fact, this culinary actually has been quite well known in Indonesia for several years. Along with the times, tortillas are not only made from milled corn. Some regions in the Americas such as Central America, the United States, Canada, and Mexico have made this one cake from wheat which is a new innovation after the discovery of wheat flour.

Usually many tortilla menus are served in large restaurants. But it will be very enjoyable if you make it yourself at home.

Tortilla potatoes
Material:
- 300 grams of peeled potatoes, thinly sliced
- 5 pcs eggs
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of thyme
- 150 gr peeled shrimp, chopped coarse
- 5 tablespoons of cooking oil

How to make: 
- Fry the potatoes that have been thinly sliced ​​until soft. Lift and drain.
 - Mix french fries, eggs, onions, salt, chilli powder, oregano, thyme and chopped shrimp, mix well. 
- Then, heat the oil and add the mixture to the pan with low heat and cover the pan. Cook until cooked. 
- Lift and drain the oil. 
- Cut round potato omelet and decorate with shrimp and parsley.
