Hy, today we entered at 8 and today we will make tape. We immediately heat steamed rice for glutinous rice that we have soaked, before steaming the rice must be washed 3 times first to make it cleaner.

After the glutinous rice is washed clean, then put it in a steamed steam. Glutinous rice is steamed for approximately 30 minutes. After the glutinous rice is cooked, it must be cooled first before sprinkling yeast and we use 4 yeast items.





If it is sprinkled with yeast, it should be stirred so that the mixture is well mixed. After all the rags come in and everything is well mixed, the next step is to shape it into a round like onde-onde, and neatly arranged in a place that has a tight cover, and covered with banana leaves if the bottom is full and will be stacked again on top and closed with a meeting when it's finished. Then wrapped again with napkin so that the air does not enter inside.



After the sticky rice tape is finished, we will continue by making cassava tape. First, we peel the cassava first and then wash it thoroughly, then we steam until cooked, then we cool, after that we sprinkle with crushed yeast (we use 6 yeast), and stir like a sticky tape to make it evenly spread. Finally, put the cassava into a place that has a tight cover so that the air will not easily enter and will not damage the fermentation that will occur in cassava / cassava.







This tape is fermented for 3 days, and for 3 days, it should not be opened and closed because it will cause the fermentation to fail on tape. After 3 days, it can only be opened and we will see what the results are like.
