Hello, today we will prepare the materials we need to make tape. The tape that we will make is a tape of glutinous rice and cassava tape, and the material we will prepare today is black and white glutinous rice, and cassava.

Today we only soak the black and white glutinous rice that we will use to make tape, because we have to soak the glutinous rice before we use it, so it won't be cooked too long. Whereas for cassava cassava tape is made because the cassava is not yet available, so maybe tomorrow we will make cassava tape and sticky rice tape tomorrow.

Before we soak glutinous rice for one night, we must wash it until it is completely clean, then we can use it. And after one night soaked, we also have to wash the rice 3 times before we steamed the rice.
