Daily activity #7 (english version)

Hello guys,
Today we arrived early because we made the product we were going to sell. Then, we had to clean a new pastry room.

After cleaning, we moved the items and pastry materials to the new room. Then, we make a leaven for bread that we will make tomorrow. The sour dough we will make tomorrow is two. Today, we just made the Leaven, because we had to spend the night one night, then it could be made into bread.

Ingredient leaven:
- 75 gr          flour
- 75 ml         water
- 1 sdm        sour dough

Step:
- mix all ingredients, then stir until blended.
- and then, cover and store for one night.

After making a leaven, we continued by making a cappucino sponge. The sponge cake we made today has 4 types, each group is different, although some are the same. The types of sponges that will be made today are vanilla sponge, caramel sponge and cappuccino sponge. Sponge made by my group is cappuccino sponge. Before making cappuccino sponge, we first prepare the ingredients and tools that we will use.

Recipe cappucino sponge
Ingredient:
- 3 pcs             egg
3 pcs             egg yolk
- 10 gr             TBM
- 110 gr           Sugar
- 30 gr             milk powder
- 90 gr             flour
- 25 gr             cappucino
- 180 gr           melted margarine
- 1/2 tsp           chocolate pasta

Step: 
- mix egg, egg yolk, TBM and sugar until stiff.
- then, enter all the dry ingredients.
- after that, enter melted butter and chocolate pasta.
- finally, put in the mold, then burn until cooked.
