Daily activities #6 (english version)

Hello guys, today we make whole cake. The whole cake form for my group is a rectangle. We have to create ourselves with the whole cake we will make. Besides having to be created, we also have to paint it with a mirror glaze.

The first thing we do is make a filling that we will use for the cake layer. The filling that my group will make today is butter cream. After making the butter cream, we immediately layer the sponge cake that we made yesterday into 3 layers, then we store it in the chiller. Next we make chocolate garnish and mirror glaze which we will use later on to make it look shiny.

 Butter cream ingredients:
 - 1 kg. Butter 
- 150 ml. Water 
- 500 gr. Sugar 
- 3 pcs Egg yolk 
- 1 pcs Whole egg 

How to make:
 - First, cook water and sugar to a temperature of 210 degrees or almost become caramel.
 - second, shake the egg yolk and whole egg until it expands. 
- then, put the caramel into the egg container that is being beaten and the mixer cool. 
- then, put the butter into it, then shake until well blended. 

Glaze mirror material:
 - 60 gr Gelatine powder 
- 280 gr Water 
- 250 gr Sugar 
- 238 gr Condensed milk 
- 400 gr White chocolate 

How to make: 
First, heat the water with sugar, then enter condensed milk and gelatine powder, then enter white chocolate. 

After the glazed mirror is made, then we enter it first into the chiller for a few minutes so that the mirror glaze is not too hot and not too liquid when poured over the cake that has been coated.



This is the first time we make whole cake, and the results are pretty good.
