Daily activities #4 (english version)

Hello guys, our activities today is making puff pastry, butter fly cookies, and aple strudle.  The dough is basically puff pastry, but with the toping or addition, the name will change as well as what we make now. Initially only puff pastry dough and after dikasi sugar and rolled both ends and will meet in the middle of the mixture then the name changes to butter fly cookies. Likewise, if the contents and shape change, the name will change according to the contents.

Today our product are fast and we fast cleaning, after we clean the work area that we use we also have to clean up the others, so we are going home for a long time.


Ingredient puff pastry:

- flour 250 gr
- salt 7 gr
- fat 200 gr
- water 350 ml




Step:

- mix flour, salt and fat, then rubbing until it's not separated, but not until smooth.
- then rolling and folding like a croissant.
- then store it in the chiller for 30 minutes, repeat it 3 times.
- then for two, only made butter fly cookies.
- one dough is made aple strudle.
- then, store at room temperature for 1 hour, then smeared with egg yolk and fresh milk.
- let stand for 10 minutes, after that it burns until it's cooked.
