Molten Chocolate Cake or also known as lava cake is a popular dessert by combining flourless chocolate or chocolate decadence and souffle. The history of the creation of this choco lava originated from the failure of a chef. The chef took out the chocolate cake from the oven too quickly to make the chocolate cake part still runny. There was no time to bake the cake again, so the chef served the chocolate cake with "Chocolate lava cake".
